Our Traditional Millwork is a painted product designed to match moulded and flush prefinished Masonite and CraftMaster style doors. With hundreds of custom color matches we are sure we can supply matching millwork for these styles of doors. All our millwork also comes in either smooth or embossed styles. All finger joint or MDF materials are first filled and buffed before the initial application of basecoat ensuring a smooth starting product.
A vital step in the process is the use of our customized printer & embosser. All prints and emboss are layered to match each other as opposed to being applied randomly. The ability to provide multiple print colors add dimension creating a more realistic appearance that is not available in most prefinished millwork with single color print capability.
A great deal of pride is taken in the art and precision of our color matches. All color matches are custom mixed in house.
Finally the product undergoes a heat transfer system in which the finish is baked on. This provides ultimate durability.
A combination of these processes provide a total grain effect coordinating the moulding with the door. Teton’s Traditional Millwork line is available in most standard profiles to match moulded and flush prefinished interior doors. |
